SafetyNet
The SafetyNet feature constantly monitors your website, auto-queueing excess users when site capacity threshold is exceeded. Users within site capacity limits do not see queue numbers. The SafetyNet feature is implemented as a small JavaScript on your site (like e.g. Google Analytics)

Crisis Management
A combination of the virtual queue SafetyNet and a cached, cloud based, crisis information site (updated in your existing CMS). Designed to handle extreme user peaks in connection with e.g. nuclear disasters, epidemics, water pollution etc. to enable constant availability and citizen information. Custom layout
Enables customization of end-user interface. The Custom Layout feature includes the Promotion block feature.

Email
Notifies end users by email as their turn comes up. When the Email feature is selected, end users can enter their e-mail address and receive an e-mail with a link to their place in line. This link can be used from any computer.

Promotion/Information block
Displays your information (advertisements, announcements, games, videos) on the queue number.
If the Promotion/Information block feature is not selected, Queue-it may display commercial content on queue numbers at its discretion.

Dynamic communication
Displays dynamic messages to end users on queue numbers. Post your Twitter or Facebook updates or enter specific updates in the Queue-it management console to keep your visitors informed.

Known user
Identifies users returned to your website as coming from Queue-it. With the KnowUser feature the user’s unique queue Id, place in queue, timestamp and a hash value is passed on to your site. The unique queue Id can be used to fetch (via the Queue-it API) queue information – e.g. when the user entered the queue, when the user was redirected, how many times the queue number has been used, if the users was SafetyNet redirected etc.

Premium reporting
Export detailed data about all users who have seen the queue number.

Enables priority queues for specific user segments
